Two free-to-play multiplayer games on Steam announced their exits within about a day of each other. Bullet Yeeters said on October 23, 2026 that its servers were already off. Gravel Gang followed on October 24 with word that its server is shutting down and the game is leaving the store. Neither offered a date, a farewell event, or much of anything beyond thanks.
Bullet Yeeters: the servers went first, the announcement second
Bullet Yeeters is a third-person shooter from Yeeters Team, published by Brightika, Inc. You play a tiny agent with a jetpack, fighting other tiny agents across oversized household rooms. Modes on its Steam page include Free-for-All, Battle Royale, Control Point, co-op boss fights, and The Floor Is Lava, which is exactly what it sounds like.
The October 23 notice from the team:
"We regret to announce that development of Bullet Yeeters has been discontinued, and the game, along with all associated DLCs, will be permanently removed from the Steam Store. The game servers have already been shut down, and online services are no longer available."
So the order of events was: servers off, then the post explaining the servers are off. Delisted Games notes the game had already been pulled from the Epic Games Store and was still claimable for free on Steam as of October 24. Claiming it gets you a library entry for a multiplayer game with no multiplayer. The paid DLC is in the same position.
The part that stings is the scale. In an interview with App2top, Yeeters Team's Alexey Doroshev put the project budget at close to $10 million. Steam lists its release as Aug. 19, 2025. That's a lot of money for about 14 months of jetpack tag.
Gravel Gang: "part of the product retirement process"

Gravel Gang is a free-to-play tactical strategy game from Ismail Inan and Jens Burkhart, supporting 3–6 players online plus bot matches. The duo's October 24 announcement reads like a form letter, possibly because it is one:
"We would like to inform you that Gravel Gang will be removed from the Steam store. This step is part of the product retirement process. ... The server will be shut down, which unfortunately means the game will no longer be playable online. The removal from the store is expected to take place soon."
No date for either the server or the delisting. "Soon" is doing a lot of work.
Can I still play them?
Bullet Yeeters: No, not online. The servers are already down. Nothing in the announcement mentions an offline mode, private servers, or a patch to keep anything running.
Gravel Gang: For now, possibly, until the server goes. After that, online play ends. The Steam page lists single-player modes against bots, but the developers haven't said whether those keep working once the server is gone, so don't count on it.
Should I grab them before they're delisted?
If you want a keepsake, sure, it's free. If you want to play either game with other people, the window is closed for Bullet Yeeters and closing for Gravel Gang. Neither studio has mentioned refunds for DLC, which makes sense for Gravel Gang (no paid content listed) and less sense for Bullet Yeeters.
The pattern
Free-to-play multiplayer lives on a server bill and a player count. When the second number can't pay the first, games like these don't get a two-month countdown. They get a Steam post on a weekend. These are two more for the 2026 pile, joining the steady drip of small Steam multiplayer games tracked this month by Delisted Games.
